Why I Keep Notes

The other day, I had an idea I wanted to jot down.   So I opened up Evernote, which I use to track a lot of my notes, and started putting it down. Before the age of smartphones, I carried little notebooks and a pen with me all the time. I filled many of them up with random lines, images--whatever was catching my imagination at that very moment.
