to whom will be be giving away the ARCs to? only bloggers/book reviewers? Or will there be a contest to win the ARCs?

ARC distribution is at the publisher’s discretion and they usually go out to bloggers and book reviewers. BUT I know Macmillan and I will be doing some giveaways for fans :)
