Marjorie McKinnon is the founder of the Lamplighter Movement. The organization has 93 CHAPTERS IN 13 COUNTRIES! The goal is to "provide a “home away from home” for other survivors, a safe place where they can tell their story. and provide ideas and thoughts on how to recover from any kind of sexual abuse, incest, child sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence and sexual assault. As we heal we reach out to others. You are not only in a safe place, you are building up support with like-minded people. Most of us have been sexually abused so we know where you’ve been, what you are feeling and how desperately you want to repair the damage.  Some of us are working the REPAIR Your Life program and need clarification or just plain validation that we are making progress as we go across the Bridge of Recovery.
