Finishing Hot Property

Just finishing "Hot Property" and am contemplating the title for the next one in the series. It will, of course, feature one of the very attractive Kingston brothers as the male lead, and Karl, the villain from HP will play a role. I love a good bad guy and one book wasn't enough for Karl. He's evil enough to warrant two books, I think. Maybe more.

Anyway, I want to continue with the real estate theme, so the word "equity" keeps rolling around in my head as part of the title. I was going to go with "Sweet Equity" as a play on words because the heroine in this one will be very damaged, but the hot hero, of course, sees the intrinsic value in her, even if no one else does. So like a property that just needs some sweat equity, she will flourish under his sweet loving and frequent care.

Problem is that another author released a book under the title "Sweat Equity" just a few months ago. It also has a real estate theme, but is otherwise nothing like my version. But I would prefer not to confuse readers if I can avoid it.

Here are some of the other titles I'm considering. (Alright, not seriously)

Ecstatic Equity
Erect Equity
Equity Unbound or Unleashed
Private Equity
Fair Equity
Swollen Equity
Tumescent Equity
Moist Equity
Smooth Equity
Sexy Equity
Hard Equity
