Game of Thrones Concept Art - White Walkers :

Brilliant design (and definitely scary), but I have to admit, this isn’t how I pictured them, and I wasn’t thrilled with the final shots of the season finale. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m GoT 4 Life, but I was surprised at that direction.

As for the White Walkers, I’m keen on John Picacio’s take on them. Possibly because they’re kind of hot.
