The weekly round-up!

 

It's been a while since I actually did a coherent blog that isn't to do with something else, like a release or SSS or something so I thought it was about time I did one.

 

First off, lets start with some updates. The partial for Blood Mate (which I still have to do a blurb for!), the book after Perfect Mate has now gone off to my lovely editor at Samhain. I'll be carrying on working on that while I wait for more news, as well as working on other projects to keep things moving.

 

First up is Protect and Service, the third in the Paranormal Protection Agency series. Short and hot, these stories are more para-smut than romance although like all my work, they do contain the possibility of romance if not outright hint at it, but they ARE short novellas. I've deliberately set them at the sort of length I like to pick up and read say in a lunch break or just before sleep when I'm knackered. After/during PPA3 (as part of my super-sekrit little project #lunchtimebook), I'll also be working on Chasing Cyn, the next zodiac book to get that ready for submission.

 

So...that's the writing side done. I do have a release later this week (Gray's Girl) but I'll be doing other posts about that, so I'll let you off that one for a while Meanwhile, some friends of mine have a couple of recent releases I'd like to talk about.

 

The first is Mr.Buff by April Angel. April is one of my BFF's and she's a relatively new author (but believe me, the speed this gal writes at, you'll see here everywhere before long ) so I've seen Mr. Buff in various stages It's a great story IMO and well worth a look at an emerging talent.
