Don't you hate it when you order something like Chinese food for delivery, and you specifically tell them that you're at work, and ask them for a fork, and they don't send a fork? And then you call them and complain about it, but they want another $5 deli

This is a terrible tragedy that NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!
