GITEN ON EXISTENCE

“When the Facebook group “The Sannyas Network” attacked me and my book, I thought about simply letting it go. It felt like being in a situation that was smaller than myself. I let go of my personal reactions to this attack, and then I meditated over this for a couple of days if I should respond.
Then suddenly I felt that Existence within me wanted to respond. Then the text just “happened” in five minutes, I posted it on “The Sannyas Network” – and suddenly I found myself in a world of trouble, angry reactions and projections calling me everything from “a complete idiot” to accusing me of “wanting to be enlightened.” This last accusation is quite astonishing considering that the whole message of Osho and all the earlier enlightened Masters is enlightenment, but it becomes an accusation in Sannyas since enlightened persons now are automatically banned from the Osho resort in India.
This also made me feel that moving out of my own way, and allowing Existence to act is certainly not safe and secure. It is a dive into the unknown.
The persons who attacked me also seem so far from me that I actually have difficulty understanding them. They operate from a cult-world with fixed ideas, attitudes and expectations. If I go back 20 years, I can begin to vaguely remember being in a similar confined world - but even then I was never caught up in the ideas, attitudes and judgements.
I love to be with people, who have enough life experience and are spiritually ripe to say “yes”, but to try to fight with people who are not ripe are just exhausting. It is draining to deal with people, who do not want to understand, it is difficult enough when people try to understand. When people are not ripe and are also negative, they can also try to get you caught on a mind-level, and then they can drain you of energy through drama and conflict.
I also feel that I do not want to waste this precious inner silence and truth through outer conflicts, but at times this inner silence and emptiness can act outwardly quite strongly. It is basically the same inner silence and meditative quality whether it is expressed through the silent wind or an earth quake.
Now I can also see that spiritual Masters operate from the same ocean, from the same invisible life source. They talk about the same ocean, but they talk about it and express it in different ways. But their followers start to quarrel about the different words and expressions, which basically describe the same ocean. Actually, I was sitting in a tourist coach when I was 21 years old on the way to the magical town Marrakech in Marocko, and the tour guide talked about Muhammed, the enlightened Master and founder of Islam, that I suddenly got a sudden and profound insight that all enlightened Masters and founders of religions are actually talking about the same Ocean, the same invisible source, the same God.
