If I could read 1 and only 1 book for the rest of my life…

Recently, I was asked if I could read one book for the rest of my life, what would it be?

My initial answer to this was Glass House by Rachel Caine. But then, of course the clouds of doubt had to creep into my thoughts, and I started to think of all the other amazing books out there.

I’ve been going back and forth on this for about a week, the question eating away at the back of my mind. Like usual, it turns out that my initial gut feeling was dead on. If I could read 1 and only 1 book for the rest of my life, it would be:

Here’s why…

~ Rachel Caine is awesome!
~ I’ve already read the book at least 6 times, and I’m just itching to pick it up again.
~ The cast of characters ranges from sweet to creepy, and each one plays their part perfectly.
~ It’s packed full of action with a perfect mix of ‘fluttering stomach and giggling girl’ scenes.
~ I can’t get enough of the hotties.
~ And of course, I can’t forget the unique town filled with vampires.
