I thought Hadassah was dead and I have never sobbed at the end of a book like I did a the end of Voice in the Wind.
I was so glad when I found out she hadn't died!
I'm not sure where I have my copy of the book. I just hope it didn't drown in the flood in one of my previous "homes." My landlord didn't bother to tell me that there had been a flood in the basement where I kept numerous boxes of books and other belongings. I emptied some of the boxes, but I can't remember exactly what happened to everything. Anyway, I'm definitely looking forward to reading the series.
Marcus obviously would have perished out of pure misery at the end of the second book, and I would have thrown it at the wall. Then I would have grudgingly walked over and picked it up, but I'd still be upset.
