Dial C Book Launch

Curt and I had a great time celebrating with about 75 friends and fans who showed up for our book launch at Elliott Bay book store on Saturday, September 29. We talked about our writing process, debuted our book trailer video (will be posted shortly), acknowledged some of the people who helped us with the book (with pawprint balloons) and did a dramatic reading of the first two chapters.

Pepe made a guest appearance and was quite exhausted by the demands of celebrity by the end of the evening. He loved the dog-bone shaped cookies we served.

Casey and Seth of Elliott Bay were great, setting up for the event and selling books. We sold about 50 but there are still more at Elliott Bay if you are looking for a signed copy! Whitney Keyes, our marketing maven, told me to remind you that they make great holiday gifts for dog lovers and mystery lovers.
