MONDAY SEPTEMBER 24TH……CHAT WITH MARILU !!   You don’t need to be a member to participate in this chat.  This is your chance to meet Marilu and talk to her in real time.   Marilu will be discussing what it takes to fuel healthy changes and enjoy a vibrant active lifestyle.  She’ll talk about her memory work and how that can also translate into positive changes for YOU !
