John Swartz Columnist for The Packet and Times

I was over the moon this morning when I opened Swartz’s shorts in The Packet today.  John Swartz welcomed me as the newest member of the cultural heritage in Orillia and the surrounding area.  Thank you John!  I feel very welcomed.
