INFANTS ARE SENSITIVE

Infants…are neurologically organized in a way which makes them too sensitive to ordinary stimuli. Because this is true they are easily hurt, easily overloaded. For health they require an environment quite free of sudden noises, sudden changes of light, or sudden tactile stimuli.
