Amazon yanks Macmillan books

As many of you already know by now, after a dispute over e-book pricing with Macmillan, Amazon retaliated by not only removing Macmillan ebooks, but ALL Macmillan books.  And that is why my books--hardcover and paperback--are no longer available at Amazon as of sometime Friday evening.
