Pride is a wonderful thing

As I come off a weekend of viewing such wonderful documentaries as " Out In The Silence " at our city's GLBT film festival, ImageOut , and such inspiring speeches on National Coming Out Day on the mall in front of the Capitol during yesterday's Equality March , I rediscover my pride as a gay American.

If you've been OUT for awhile, don't let complacency take over. Remember those who are still struggling. Your public, gay face might be the "yop" they need. Together, our voices become a chorus.
