...and also because I am not the most organized person in the world, I am happy to realize announce that my other anthology story,
Gift of the Goddess
, will release in the Storm Moon Press anthology Carved in Flesh on Friday Sept 14th. Um, yeah, this Friday. Which means I'll have three new stories out in the span of a month once Home Work releases. Hopefully that means something for everyone.
Gift of the Goddess is a fantasy, and has its dark moments on the way to a happy ending. It's the first story I've written with non-consensual sex on the page, and although the episode is brief and not explicit, I know that means this one will not be for everybody. The anthology is about guys with visible scars, so I have a feeling mine will not be the only emotional story in the bunch.
I will blog in more detail, with a cover and links and blurb and all the good stuff on Friday when the book comes out. You can get an initial look and some excerpts from several of the stories on the Storm Moon Press website in Coming Soon.

I'm glad it was helpful, and I'm sure I'll like the way it came out. One of these days you'll probably write a story I don't love, but you haven't managed it yet. Yeah, I love some less than others, but that's to be expected.
I'm feeling really embarrassed that I basically forgot when this was releasing. Although it's kind of a nice surprise.
You're killing me here...another story? Hopefully it'll be soon on amazon. And such a promising one....
I'm sure it will, although I don't know how fast SMP goes to Amazon. My writing skills are much better than my organizational ones.
