Music in the Writing Process

For me, the written word, like a musical score, has a certain syncopation to it, a vibratory tone that underscores what you read as you read it.

Indie Reviews It's rare that a story does not evoke a musical piece while I'm reading, whether through the lyrics, melody or both. For me (as a reader) words and music are initmately tied.

In this respect, I would venture that Humpage's list on the impacts of the right music on an author and writing has similar effects on the reader as well.
