I Am SO Not Kidding

I know, I know, he draws butts.

But holy crap.  You will not believe what I am looking at.

He drew issue zero, I think he was still acclimating to a difficult script set in different time periods. It looks great, some looks amazing.

But with issue fourteen, he planted a flag. I am looking at a fight scene he drew for this issue and is is MIND-blowing. I have written hundreds and hundreds of fight scenes.

I can think of maybe a HANDFUL that blew my brains out like this one. There’s a double page spread that I swear, I can’t stop looking at. I can’t close that window, I just keep going back to it.

I honestly can’t wait for people to see this. People who hate him likely will continue to hate him, I get that, that’s just how personal taste works.  It’s fine.

But some of these page are among the best any artist has ever turned in for one of my scripts. I am in a bit of awe right now.
