A Crossfit Instructor

A Crossfit Instructor does not teach for money, but to satisfy a desire to help other Crossfitters. “I do not want someone not to exercise because of money.” He/she learns all they can about Crossfit by participating, studying, and competing. The daily WOD is a competition against ones self. Watching a Crossfitter or You Tube videos is NOT participating, studying, or competing.

I was taught Crossfit by Mike Caldwell at Crossfit BNI in Brandon, Florida. I was certified a Crossfit Level One Instructor by Crossfit.

If you are exercising with an instructor, please ask him/her if they are a certified Crossfit Instructor. Please do not hurt yourself by training with a person who watches Crossfitters or You Tube videos about Crossfit.

Get on the Internet and go to Crossfit.com. You will find a list of affiliation Boxes. Global gyms are not affiliated with Crossfit. Their Instructors are NOT certified Crossfit Instructors.
