LJ today -- talking about The Briar Rose: Hoarse Play, which comes out next week. I've got an excerpt up already and have two more planned.

Chris started taking stuff out of the take-out bag.
Justin shivered. "I don't know if I can eat."

"Have you done it before?"

"Butthead." Justin stuck his tongue out.
Chris laughed and settled with Justin. He grabbed a pair of chopsticks and opened up the sesame chicken. He knew it was Justin's favorite. Justin licked his lips, actually moved closer. He snagged a piece of the chicken and held it up to Justin's lips.
Justin opened for him, ate the bite. "Thank you."
"You're welcome. How does it stack up?"
"It's cool. Salty. Spicy."
"Good."
Oh yes, I've definitely got a yen for it...
