Mooncake Obsession

I really like red bean mooncakes. Esp. ones from Chinatown that are drizzled in red dye and shaped like squares or flowers.

Sometimes I buy daifuku

or dorayaki

but it isn't the same. Mooncakes are only available around the fall months. So I'm thinking about making them @ home. Buying mooncake molds and all that. Blah.
