Zoe, part two

So far, a profoundly odd day. I slept up in the attic bedroom with Zoe, much to the irritation of my dog. The above was the view when I woke up, captured on Nexus 1 camera (as was the accidental video, below). Weirdly, no allergy symptoms at all. Krys This has made me cry for two days straight everytime I open goodreads. I'm sorry about your cat. I had to do this earlier this year. The hardest thing, for me, was to make the decision to end another creature's life...even if it was the best thing for her. I felt like I was committing an atrocity. I think what you are doing is the best thing for her.

My cat, Hoshi, was going to die. Her liver was going and she was starving to death. There was only two real things I could have done and I wanted to give her as much dignity and peace as quickly as I could. It's the first time as an adult I have had to make this decision. I really wish my parents could have made it for me. It goes away, the hurt.. just not quick. It sort of scabs over until you read something like this.

Be well. Play with your other cats, and your dog. Call Amanda, and hug your daughter. Your readers are behind you.
