Quick update!

So Starkissed has been out for just over 24 hours and it's done pretty well so far! I've sold 20 copies across the three stores, which is pretty great for a debut self-published author! Thanks so much to everyone who has bought the book, and a gentle reminder to all those who haven't that it is out there waiting for you!
To those who are reading it, I'd love to get some reviews and star ratings posted online. I'm not asking for passages dripping with accolades and love. Just your honest opinions. The best places to post and rate are Amazon and Goodreads! Though I would love a rating on Kobo as well!
In other news of my life, I completed my work experience placement for the summer today. I was doing two days a week at The Rights People. It was a great learning experience and a lovely office. Rights is definitely an interesting area of publishing to work in.
Now I just have to crack on with my Major Project. Getting Starkissed out there of course was the biggest part of it, now it's all about writing about how I did it and how it's working out. I've been doing marketing like a mad woman for days. I hope it's paying off! I'm on Goodreads with an author page and book page, I have a fan page for Starkissed on Facebook, I'm racking up followers on my Twitter account, I have author pages on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk, and I'm running a pay-per-click campaign via Goodreads. Then of course there is this site/blog! It's exhausting, I must admit. But worth it!
Anyways I shall keep this short as I was up very early this morning and my ability to type is waning.
