New Profile Picture ~

Well, what do you think? Its a new profile picture for my website, blog...publisher etc. 
As I said to my editor, I don't look too fat or too old. So I'm happy. 
Your thoughts? 
And no! I'm not fishing for compliments, just wan honest opinions. I'm always so disappointed when I see an author in real life and the profile picture on theback of their books were taken ten years and fifty pounds ago.
