Support Your Indie Authors!

If you love indie authors (whose ranks include all of the writers I feature here and of course yours truly), there are lots of easy and quick ways to support us. I’ve shared a list above.

Reviewing your favorite books is huge. Amazon makes its decisions about promotion based on things like reviews, ‘likes’ that a book receives and tagging. So if you can do that, it’s a really wonderful help.

And of course word of mouth is a treasure. I love to hear from new fans that their friends told them about The King Series. If you love a book, pass it on!  Tell friends, tell family, talk about it on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest. . .everywhere!

Go to your local bookstores and libraries, and ask them to carry your favorite indie books.

Stop on author pages and gush a little. Talk about what you liked and what you loved in their books. Writing is frequently a solitary profession, and hearing what made you sigh and swoon gives us a big happy.
