Review--
First I want to thank FMB Blog Tours for allowing me to be a part of
this tour. I was excited to see this book posted for a tour because I
had been wanting to read it but i wasn't to sure about it. See I love
history books mixed with a little something but I tend to get bored
easily while reading them because the history takes over the plot but
T.C. Archer has done a great job of never losing the plot but only
adding to it. At points I went and googled some of the stuff because I
was not sure it was real but low and behold it was!
Jordan Pierce
is a Chicago Police Detective who was attacked one day while on the
job. When he wakes up the next day he feels different. He is no longer
hungry and no longer needs a lot of rest but in the middle of the day he
needs sleep which is bizarre for him. So he decides to leave his job
and take a job at the local university of Chicago as a security officer.
One day he comes to work and finds that a scientist has been murdered
and another scientist is the prime suspect in his murder.
Jordan
finds himself in a little bit of a dilemma because the scientist that
is accused of killing the other scientist is Jordan's secret crush. What
is Jordan to do? Will he follow his heart or will he follow his logic?
Will he ever find out what happened to him in that dark alley when he
was attacked? Come along for the greatest history paranormal ride of a
lifetime! I promise you will not be disappointed!
