Brief update and no, Home Work is not out, sorry

I just found out that if you give a book a release month on Goodreads and don't specify a day, it defaults to the first of the month. Which apparently has resulted in readers being told that Home Work came out on August 1st. Sorry, but no, that was Goodreads' error. My fault for not anticipating that such a thing might happen. I still have my fingers crossed for the end of the month, but some unforeseen problems the publisher has run into are making things slow. We'll have to wait and see.

On the plus side, my short story Tumbling Dreams in the Going for Gold anthology is due to release in about two weeks. I'll blog about that soon, when I have details.

My apologies to anyone who was confused, and thanks for being interested enough in my work to have me on your monthly updates list.

ttg I'm just psyched there is a third book, so am happy to wait for whenever the release is. Besides, this just means more prep time to reread the first two. :D

Thanks. The mechanics of the business side still escape me at times. I appreciate everyone's patience.

Plainbrownwrapper Hey! Perfect timing. I just now -- like two minutes ago -- heard about Home Work, while cruising through your book list. And I was cruising through your book list because I just finished Into Deep Waters. That thing should have a hankie alert! Loved it. You deserve some back-patting -- I enjoy your stories more and more, the more of them I read. I think I've got....about five?...of your books so far, but I definitely need more. Can't wait for Home Work to come out!

Thank you :) I have to admit, I kind of like the drama. I'm glad you're enjoying the books.

Marge I have just recently read The Rebuilding Year, Into Deep Waters, Lies and Consequences, and Like the Taste of Summer and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. I'm looking forward to reading more about Tony and Mac, as well as whatever else you have waiting in the wings. I really like your characters and the stories you tell.
