Loved your blog. Very interesting that there are so many misconceptions. And it looks as if you're doing all sorts of great research for your books. For years, however, I assisted in assessing post abuse vaginal injuries in rape cases and more than not there were small tears and bruising. If you want to use that evidence, it's--at least in all the cases I was involved in--usually there. So use it if needed. Thanks for sharing. LOL

Hummm...guess those girls don't know everything. It seemed common sense to me that there would be some kind of evidence from a violent rape. Glad I know the truth....and shame on her. Bragged about her years working as a defense attorney. I found Alison's blog and thought you might like to see what the workshop showed.

Thanks, very interesting. In some cases there may be no conclusive evidence--I've heard that before, but generally speaking, and more than not, there will be some evidence of abuse and trauma.I stand by my guns, or I should say observations and findings. I'm sure Alison is basing her info on those few cases that were not blatantly obvious. And like I said, it does happen.
