Exercise– for Body and Spirit

When a sport is dear to our hearts (swimming laps is for me) we watch Olympiads with great enthusiasm.  After China’s Ye Shiwen set a world record in the women’s 400-meter, she was accused of using drugs.  I was appalled and saddened for Ye.  As you may know, she was quickly cleared.  I admire her for her professional demeanor and of course, her amazing hard work and talent to have become a top athlete.  I’m proud of Ye Shiwen.
