Katie D. Good book

Pereza How exactly do you know it's a good book?! It hasn't been released yet.

It seems like he co-wrote it. But even if he hadn't, as an author (and a popular one at that,) he probably receives hundreds of Advance Reading Copies (ARCs) or galley proofs to read, recommend, and give blurbs about.

One Yay! Happy Birthday to me! Comes out the day before, so I'm for sure going to download. B&N Gift Cards, here we come!

I think Pereza was referring to Katie's original comment that it's a good book, not SK. If SK thought he wrote a bad book, I doubt he would be publishing it.

Andrés Oh, right. My bad. But maybe an ARC. LOL

Chris Has anyone actually found this listed anywhere yet? I was hoping I could preorder it for my Kindle, but can’t find it listed on amazon, Barnes and Noble, iTunes, or even here on Goodreads. If you find it would you post the link so I could preorder my copy please?

Why would you be disappointed? If you're referring to his other baseball-based book, Blockade Billy was not that bad. In fact, I believe I rated it 4 out of 5.

Robin. I am indeed referring to that book that I did not like very much. At first, it seemed to flow just right but then :/..

I am so sorry you didn't like it! I'm not too fond of Dreamcatcher... which I have yet to finish and it's been over a year. So I understand your frustration. Sometimes, it just can't be helped, even for a huge SK fan such as myself. :)

Mine was "Wizard and the Glass"--every King fan has one.

It's very true for any fan. You want to like them all, prove you're the ultimate fan... but no such luck. We can't all be Annie Wilkes. :)

Ouch, Dreamcatcher.. That was a hard one for me too. Yes, sometimes it is, but we gotta stick to it.

Oh. I have loved all the books pertaining to the Dark Tower series. :) But I'm really obsessed with them!

And I haven't read Blaze yet. I didn't start with King until I was well into adulthood, so I have catching up to do!

I haven't read the Tommyknockers yet. I've seen the just-barely-missed-the-80's movie, however. The book has to better than that! LOL

message 25: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Tommyknockers the movie is very different from the book! The movie I watched to see what they left out. The book was good, different.
