New work with Cate Stillman. Join us on August 6 for a (free) conversation about hormone-related stuff

You know when you meet someone and spending time with them is like falling off a log? Only much funner? You can immediately get to the important stuff? You don’t have to catch up on your life histories? You just roll up your sleeves and get to work and, lo, the work is good?

It was like that with Cate Stillman. Cate and I are planning to create some online Ayurvedic/ Eastern Medicine w/ a bit of Western science thrown in- educational opportunities. Naturally, I plan to keep you informed of that as it moves along, but we’ve already got one thing going…

So I am so going to cop out on writing my own invitation for you and, instead, I’m just going to  quote Cate’s blog here, and say “What she said.” And add my own comments in brackets & italics:

“When I interviewed Dr. Claudia Welch during last year’s Living Ayurveda Course, we were meeting eachother for the first time. It was like meeting a long lost sister. [ditto. Cate is grounded, talented and unpretentious and I expect we will have a fruitful collaboration over time]

She is brilliant and grounded [read: has logged loads of time trying to clear up her own confusion] and has a crazy penchant for the ancient wisdom of our humanity… particularly of our womanity. [I LOVE when people make up words.]We’re pairing up to offer you a free call.  [YUP. free.] We’re covering adrenals, thyroid and ovaries. If you have any of those you’ll gain insight into how to take care of them for a lifetime. [See how fun Cate is?]

On a end note, I can’t believe how much I love my job… my dharma. [Me too.]

And I just want to thank you all for being in this community, because you make it possible for me to have these evolutionary conversations with Desiree and Dr. Claudia, and others in the future. [Amen, Cate. Amen]

Your desire to learn about your thyroid issues or menopause, or birth control, or what you should be eating to feel great is what inspires what happens around here.
