What is the vital difference between what can be done by the wearer of a blood ring, and the creator (as in, the person whose blood was used to make it)?

The difference is that the wearer can only receive thoughts from the creator of the ring. The creator can listen to the mind of the wearer and send them thoughts, like communicating.I am an avid fan of all of your books, have read them all!
So, I may have gone a bit overboard with my discription and I could be 100% wrong but here goes...The ring forms a bond between the wearer and the creator. The creator's blood ensures that he/she has access to the wearer's mind. With this connection the creator is able to see and experience what the wearer is experiencing as well as read his or her thoughts. This access to the mind also helps the creator to communicate with the wearer. The creator is the only person who is able to initiate this connection.
I am very sorry I missed this deadline! I can't wait to read this book.
