And for the fourth week, I am featuring a Six from my latest release, Try Me. Last week you saw how dedicated to Erica Jeremy is–and always will be. I’ll give you another peek inside of his head, as they make their way to her car after she finds him in the desert.
Six:
Of course she had a classy car-she’d always had the best taste in…well, everything. Probably why she’d never dated him, even after his confession. She’d never stoop so low as the son of a lowlife, no-account, good-for-nothing criminal, and he couldn’t blame her. She deserved a prince, not a knuckleheaded piece of shit Marine.
He still remembered the look on her face when he’d told her. She’d turned ghostly white, her pretty little mouth had tightened, and she’d run away like he was diseased.
That’s the end of my six for the week. Come by next week for more–and don’t forget to hop around and visit everyone else, too!
