I believe the second one is more striking. The flare and the rosier sky in this one help to soften the mood and make Kass's figure more.. romantic maybe? I think the mood in the second one is more head on and less pensive.

Hi Lorena. I completely agree. The ellipse of brighter light in the middle just doesn't work. I keep seeing a mushroom cloud and someone doing some sort of nuclear weapons testing in the Pacific.
lol haven't thought about that, but now that you said so I can't stop seeing it when I look at the picture!
