It's a chronic situation and it can become overwhelming. So much to do; not enough time.

I'm with you. And Leigh is right, it's overwhelming. Promo has taken over my life and I keep reaching out and am still not sure it's doing what it's supposed to. Am swamped with booksignings locally(that's a great thing) but this wk. am in charge of a HUGE yard sale for the Humane Society and writing or I should say the not writing is wearing thin on my nerves. I wish I could not clean the house, not do community work, not talk to anyone, not eat(need to lose a few more pounds anyway)for a week, but just simply and to my heart's content write. I swear that by next wk. I will have me organized again and make writing the priority and let eveything else suffer for awhile. So I feel your pain and anxiety. Been there, done it and am still doing it. Guess we all have to hang in there and hope it all comes out in the wash. A very dirty wash at the moment. LOL
Hey Beverly,I'm totally with you...no eating (great idea but my hips would hate you), washing clothes or dishes(another great idea but my hubby would hate me), or feeling that just because you promised in a weak moment to volunteer to do something doesn't mean you MEANT it!! But since you have already committed to your yard sale, I do hope it's profitable!!
Mimi :)
