I'm not one that goes out looking for those get rich books. My life is pretty much black and white to the point I know I will never be able to claim the rich life style and it is going to take all I have not to drown in the sea of debt. However, this is a book I want on my shelf. Not only does this book give you step by steps charts, ideas, and actions to take to begin the private lending process but it gives you information about the world of finances. It tells you historical moments and the truth of how it isn't that these people got rich on it but that these other people you don't think about got rich on it. It gives you facts and explains those facts. Also it doesn't use to many banker terms as I like to call them. Anyone that knows the basic concept of money can read this book.
It even provides real life cases where people made a profit using some creative and some simple tricks. If you are in the Private lending business or thinking of joining the private lending business I suggest you grab this book. Also it is a good book if you are just looking to understand who, what, when, where, why, and how money and finances have gone, go, and will be going.
