The perfect edit

This is it. The Fall came back from my brilliant new editor Pamela Gifford. I've been through all her revisions and now the book is as perfect as it's ever going to be. I'm not going to touch it ever again, I promise As far as I'm aware there are no grammar errors and if anyone has problems with the plot or the characters then that's their opinion. I'm okay with it now. The Fall is finished and now it's time to put all my energy into the sequel, which is about half finished. Of course I still need to get the paperback edition of The Fall printed but hopefully that shouldn't be too much of a hassle. Hopefully.

Kaje Harper Congratulations! Finding an editor who "gets" your story, improves it, and has an eye for the little errors is worth a whole lot. I'm waiting for that next one.

David Dawson Sequels are always the hardest. You have to make sure it's better than the first and that the characters develop but are still the same characters everyone knows. Hopefully I'll do a good job.
