1. I found myself on the phone with an insurance company today. I also found myself wanting to strangle the company’s automated voice-rec system. It was awful.After screaming “Operator!” several times and getting asked the same irrelevant questions again and again, I finally was able to talk to a human. I was a bit testy by this point.
