The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir Nominated For Grammy

Carol Cymbala and J. Daniel Smith produced StowTown Records biggest honor of the month. “I Will Not Be Moved: Live with The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir” scored the 2026 Best Roots Gospel Album GRAMMY® Award nomination, according to Turning Point Media Relations, Inc.

President Landon Beene: “The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir has always been a household name when it comes to Christian music, and this GRAMMY® nomination represents the validity of choral music in the current culture.”

The StowTown Records/StowTown Worship Resource president added, “It is a joy and honor for our team at StowTown to represent The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir in this nomination.”

Carol Cymbala and husband Jim: “We are thrilled and grateful for the GRAMMY® nomination the choir has received for its latest project, I Will Not Be Moved.

The album was recorded live in New York’s Brooklyn Tabernacle. It features well-known worship songs and Cymbala originals. Talented musicians Babbie Mason,TaRanda Greene, Elevation Church’s Brad Hudson, and Stephen McWhirter are apart of this beloved project.

You can watch the Grammy‘s on CBS and Paramount+. The 68th Annual Award show will be held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 1, 2026.
