Listen to my Top-5 intriguing tips for using OKRs

My Top-5 tips for using OKRs – the podcast!
Rael Bricker has just published his latest Top Five podcast in which I discuss my Top-5 tips for working with Objectives and Key Results.
You can listen on Rael’s website. Or get it from Apple, Spotify, Amazon and many more all via Rael’s page.
To tempt you (or perhaps to give the game away?) the top tips I talk about are:
1) OKRs are a feedback mechanism
2) Involve as many people as possible in setting OKRs
3) OKRs are not a to-do list, they describe a desired outcome
4) Decide where Business as Usual fits in: BAU is boring but it can still badly disrupt to delivery
5) Ambition or predictable? The OKR hype machine makes a lot of ambition but sometimes you will want to be boring and predictable
This is probably a good time to remind everyone that I’m always available to advise, mentor or train on OKRs. Right now I’m offering my subscribers the change to get 30 minutes of my time for free, just book me and pick my brains.
