Goodreads advice needed

Hello my friends! I have tried several times to update my author profile here on Goodreads. Unfortunately, every time I hit "Save", nothing happens and I am stuck with the old profile that was written two books ago.

Can anybody advise me on what to do to make the change permanent? Thank you!
