I have been a fan of Lewis and Tolkien since childhood, when I first read them both. They spoke to my heart; they still do. Hendrix's graphic book also spoke to my heart and to my mind, as an adult, I studied and taught both Lewis and Tolkien. I wish I could have used this book in the classroom!
What a beautiful book this is! Yes, there are things, as Hendrix notes in the afterword and in an interview, that I wish he had included, such as Till We Have Faces, the last novel Lewis wrote. That's me.
Highly recommended!
