DISD Cops Work Traffic?

At least in my hood. Do all school cops do this, or did I just grow up around lazy cops? Or are they racially profiling Oak Cliff? Should I go see if Dallas ISD cops are working traffic around Lakewood, White Rock, or Lower Greenville?
