How to Shift Your Momentum in 1 Day

It’s truly inspiring how much you can change in a single day of focus and faith.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed and in the weeds of life. It’s easy for things to feel off-course and for clarity to get hazy.
Yet, in a single day, you can shift the momentum and energy.
In a quarter (90 days), you can transform your whole game. I’ve seen and experienced this again-and-again.
Try this one day soon:Wake up really early (like 3 hours before the busyness and rush of the day)Get into a prayerful and meditative stateJournal about everything going on in your life- both business and personalAs you journal, don’t edit yourself. Be brutally honest about every detail you can… in all you’re facing and dealing withAdditionally as you journal, be sure to factor in the things going well. It can be easy when overwhelmed to miss or flatly ignore all the good going on, both in your work and personal (it’s never complete doom-and-gloom, even if it sometimes feels like it… it’s never as good or bad as it feels)After a prayerful and thoughtful journal dump… write down a list of key to-do’s you have a large amount of control/autonomy over… write down what you can accomplish with focus/faith in the next 90 days, 7 days, and even todayConsider important people (both personal and business) you could reach out to, to deepen the connection. Even just sending thoughtful texts to important people can really get things moving, spiritually and practicallyBuild-in some accountability with key people… get important people involved in what you’re doing, both in terms of what needs to be completed, as well as commitments from you on where you’ll focus, stretch, and produce… unity and accountability are healing balms to overwhelm(Here’s a deep guide to the psychology of journaling)
Then, frankly, get to work. A single day of focused execution can really calm the nerves. Block out the noise and distractions. Get lasered-in and get deep into flow. Flow is not only needed for productivity, but it boosts your mental state, your strategy, your sense of optimism, your ability to consider pathways you otherwise wouldn’t have.
Here’s what I’ve learned making 10x leaps a regular part of my life, and helping now hundreds of thousands of people do the same… you can change your life in 90 days.
I personally believe that 90-days (a quarter) is an enormous amount of time, when you’re operating FROM a bigger future, rather than operating linearly from your past.
When operating FROM a seemingly impossible goal/deadline, you’re forced to find new pathways and options you otherwise wouldn’t.
The sprint with a clear finish-line (90 days) is special. Goals and timelines aren’t meant to be stressors, they’re filters and accountability builders. They’re meant to spur inspiration and innovation. To snap you out of what no longer works.
