Hello, Spiritual Warrior,
As children, many of us struggled to understand self-worth, loneliness, kindness, love, and compassion.
We didn’t yet have the tools to navigate those feelings—so we built personas, masks, and ways of showing up in the world to keep ourselves safe.
But beneath those layers, each of us carries a deeper ache – sometimes one we’ve never fully acknowledged. To protect ourselves, we built walls around our hearts, fortresses of self-preservation.
Now, it’s time to let those walls down. To release what no longer serves us. To remember that we are worthy – worthy of love, compassion, tenderness, and joy.
In this space, we choose self-compassion and self-love. We bathe in self-worth. We honor our divinity and celebrate our magnificence.
And with the mantra aham brahmasmi – I am the Universe – we remind ourselves of the truth: we are infinite, radiant, and deeply powerful beings with a sacred place in this life.
