Are You Giving Your Teams the Resources They Need?

If you don’t give your teams the resources they need, they’re not going to hit their goals.

Once your goals are set, you have a responsibility to provide the team the resources it needs to achieve those goals. These resources should be identified during the goal setting process. Include those resources in budgets and project plans. Failure to conduct resource planning and allocation is going to frustrate your teams.
