Finding the Heart of the Story

Writing Unspoken Truth was one of those rare experiences that pushed me in ways I didn’t expect. It made me slow down, breathe, and really sit with the emotions that were surfacing as the words found their way onto the page. This wasn’t a story I could rush—every scene demanded honesty, and every line carried a weight that had to feel true. There were moments I had to step away, not because I didn’t know what to say, but because I needed to process how deeply it was affecting me. And then there were the breakthroughs—the kind that leave you staring at the screen with your heart pounding, knowing you’ve just written something that matters. This book reminded me why I love telling stories that explore the spaces between vulnerability and strength, and I hope when you read it, you feel a little of what I felt while writing it.
