Consumed

Consumed thoughts grip tight.
A stranglehold on the mind.
Surrender or fold.
Nothing flows when constricted.
Only weeds grow without love or light.
Obsession seeks control.
Unplug yourself from the source.
We own nothing.
Nothing should own us.
Dereliction of care leads to a lack of trust.
And in the absence of trust, all things become void.
