Day 4,286: Not It

Today was almost a wipeout. But it wasn’t! That was the win today, no question. I was right there, sitting in my chair, listening to the little pre-meditation thing, and the voice in my head telling me I just didn’t have it to finish the day out was STRONG y’all. It was loud.
